It's the things that make us human that make business better

We're on a mission to help reconnect business with society and re-establish individual dignity and wellbeing at the heart of business.

We owe it to ourselves – and the people around us – to bring our whole self to work, and to help others to do the same. For work to be a place where we value each other, where we not only remain whole but can flourish; as individuals, as employees and as communities in pursuit of shared endeavour and service to others.

Our one-to-one filmed sessions enable people to really show up, to step out of their role and consider the meaning of work and how they lead. It is an unusual opportunity to have an ‘unbusiness-like’ conversation - about personal values and ethics, how much of ourselves we bring to the workplace and how this affects leadership and organisational culture. The space to reflect and to reconnect with values and purpose helps shift perspectives, and it is by exploring and exchanging these insights that a new conversation and a new way forward can grow.

"Work is difficulty and drama, a high-stakes game in which our identity, our self-esteem, and our ability to provide are mixed inside us in volatile, sometimes explosive ways… work is where we can make ourselves; work is where we can break ourselves." David Whyte.
