Our approach is simple. We ask business leader to share their humanity – to have unbusiness-like conversations to talk about the things they care about, the things that really matter most to them as individuals when they walk into work and the conditions that they believe create good leadership. And then we share this through film.
We're starting with those at the helm of big business, with the idea that those with the most leverege have the greatest opportunity to motivate change. Enabling business leaders to be seen reflecting on their own vulnerability refocuses attention away from the corporate to the individual.
We want to normalise this conversation.
